Go in Peace
Day 5: Go in Peace
Reading: Isaiah 26:1-12
Devotional
Jesus spoke three transformative words to the uninvited woman: "Your sins are forgiven. Your faith has saved you. Go in peace." These same words are available to you today.
Forgiveness erases your debt. Faith activates your salvation. Peace becomes your portion.
God is not the author of confusion. When He forgives, He doesn't keep a record. When He saves, He completes the work. When He gives peace, it surpasses understanding. The enemy wants you eternally lost, but there's blood flowing from Emmanuel's veins that declares you redeemed.
Today is the day of repentance. Don't let the cares and pleasures of this life cause you to lose forever. Tomorrow isn't promised, but today—right now—you can come home. Leave third base and slide into the Master's arms. He's calling you safe. Whatever you came here with, whatever burden you're carrying, lay it at His feet. You may have come uninvited by man, but you are welcomed by the King.
